Do I need to book a demo?
No. OneJuly is self-serve. You can create an account, choose a plan and start immediately — explore with sample data first, then switch to your live practice workspace.
Is OneJuly legal or compliance advice?
No. OneJuly provides workflow and record-keeping tools. Your practice remains responsible for determining and meeting its own AML/CTF obligations, and for obtaining professional advice where required.
When do AML/CTF Tranche 2 obligations start?
According to the Department of Home Affairs and AUSTRAC, newly regulated Tranche 2 entities can enrol from 31 March 2026, with obligations commencing from 1 July 2026. OneJuly provides workflow support to help you prepare — confirm your specific obligations with AUSTRAC and your own advisers.
Is client data hosted in Australia?
Yes. OneJuly is hosted in the AWS Australia region with Australian data residency controls. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes. You add a card to begin your 14-day free trial, but you're not billed until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then from your account settings and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time from your account settings — no phone call or email required.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Client records, audit logs and key compliance records can be exported from your account.
Are verification checks included in the plan price?
No. Third-party identity and verification checks are billed separately at $4.90 per client/check as you use them. Connectors to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks are also pay-as-you-go.
Does OneJuly lodge reports to AUSTRAC for me?
OneJuly helps you prepare and manage reporting records and an audit trail. Lodgement responsibility remains with your practice.
